Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options:
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days - Starting at $4.90
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - Starting at $6.90
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.
International Shipping
We ship to over 25 countries worldwide including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and most of Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and are provided by USPS and DHL Express.

International delivery times: Typically 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please note that customs duties paid on the original shipment are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
